This is the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) now in effect since November 4, 2016.
Community Flood Zone Information:
The Community Flood Zone contains zones generated from the County's detailed flood studies. As these studies gain FEMA certification, the zones are then included in FEMA Map.
The information on this website is for review and guidance purposes only.
All provided elevations are estimated for planning purposes only and should not be used for legal or cadastral purposes.
It should not be used to rate flood insurance policies so please consult your lender or FEMA for an official flood zone determination.
Official elevation determinations should be performed by a licensed professional.
This website does not imply that a property will or will not be free from flooding or damage. A property not located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, or elevated to or above the BFE or 100-yr stage may be damaged by a flood greater than predicted by the applicable flood study or from a local drainage problem not indicated by applicable study. This website does not create liability on the part of the County, or any officer or employee thereof, for any damage that results from reliance on this information.
